Melt. An installation on thin ice is beautiful and a must see but more importantly the reason why this exhibit was made in the first place.

Artists absorb the world around them. Their environments, that which they can feel and touch and see - and that which they can't. Sometimes that which they can only dream of.  They absorb it and translate it into a language that affects us all in some way.

This project is a study of translations. I presented 25 artists within Second Life with a concept of creating art with these words in mind: Drowning. Melting. Polar bears. Arctic. Culpability. Corporate greed. Inevitability.  Extinction.

What they have done is breathtaking and beyond any realm of my expectations.

Help get her fur babies to their new home!!

I picked up this lovely skin at Exodi's sale along with others. What a great buy! Exodi is trying to help raise funds to get her beloved kitties a new home because she is moving to London and sadly she cannot bring them with her. Gorgeous skins here so go and BUY BUY BUY! It's for a great cause! None of us would want to give up our fur babies. I would just die myself! Exodi not only sells skins but jewelry, eyes and some clothes. Talk about hawt! This NEW dress from DeeTaleZ is smokin'! Look at the laced up back that even goes lower.. It makes your butt look heart shaped. DeeTaleZ have been making some smexy dresses lately! I paired it off with Machang's ANEXX Zip Up Boot's in copper and Miel's jewelry. I must say the LE. LOOK exclusive hat/hair from Maitreya looks great with this outfit. It's no longer available but don't worry you can go to Maiterya and pick it up. Better still that version's hat is color change.
